Do you need good schools? As parents of young children, we understand the need to search for communities with good schools. In fact, we feel so strongly in the importance of education in not only bringing out the full academic potential of the child, but also in the ability of good schools to instill good moral principles and to assist in the development of proper cultural and social behavior that we strongly advocate to all prospective purchasers to thoroughly investigate and consider communities that have strong performing schools. This does not mean that we need to consider ONLY those communities with top performing schools, because in truth, many of those communities may be prohibitively expensive. However, by investigating the different schools and their respective performance levels, you can find a community that offers the best education for your child within your means. Of course, if you don't have school age children, this may not be an issue for you. However, if you are viewing this page, chances are you, like ourselves, consider school performance an important factor to consider.
